SPEEKRA SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the speekra.com service, which is owned by:
designlab Barbara Sekulska-Dul, ul. Piłsudskiego 2, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, NIP: 8672127886
(data controller, hereinafter: “Service Provider”).
The service provides transcription, audio content analysis, correction, translation, and data processing using artificial intelligence (AI) models.
To use the Service, you must read and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- User – a natural person or company using the services of the platform.
- Account – a user's individual panel enabling use of the platform's features.
- Service – processing of audio files by AI to obtain transcription, translation, or content analysis.
- Terms – this document.
- AI System – an external language model (Google Gemini) used for processing.
3. Creating an Account
To use the services, an account must be created via the registration form.
During registration, the user provides: first and last name (or company name), email address, and password.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and the security of their account.
4. Types and Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers paid services of transcription, translation, analysis, and correction of audio recordings.
The services include:
- Audio transcription
- Automatic text language correction
- Topic segmentation and summarization
- Translation into other languages
- Export of results

5. Payments
- Using the services requires prior purchase of a minutes package.
- Payments are handled by the payment operator iMoje (ING Bank Śląski).
- Gross prices include VAT. The user receives an electronic invoice.
6. User Responsibility
- The user is fully responsible for the content of uploaded recordings.
- It is forbidden to upload illegal materials, sensitive data, or content violating third-party rights.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to block the account in case of legal violations or Terms violations.
7. Data Processing Rules
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
8. Complaints
- The user has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of the problem occurring.
- Complaints should be sent to: support@speekra.com
- The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 business days.
9. Withdrawal from the Agreement
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from a remote agreement within 14 days unless service provision has started.
- Service commencement (e.g. transcription) waives the right to withdraw, pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
10. Service Provider Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate user-provided data.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee 100% AI accuracy – results depend on input data and audio quality.
11. Copyright
- The user retains full rights to submitted and processed content.
- The Service Provider does not commercially use or share data with third parties without the user’s consent.
12. Amendments to the Terms
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed 7 days in advance.
- Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Final Provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Act on Electronic Services.
These Terms are effective from the date of publication on speekra.com.
